Carpet Cleaning if included with Full Service Cleaning will
be discounted for you and charged as follows:
2 Bedroom Unit - $49.99
3 Bedroom Unit - $59.99
4 Bedroom Unit - $69.99

Outside areas can be cleaned as a special request and will
be quoted based on your specific requirements. Due to the
time of year, it is not possible for us to determine the cost
beforehand.

Our prices are based on the average cleaning time of 5.0
hours. Additional hours may be required due to the
condition in which the property is left. Any hours beyond
5.0 will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per additional hour.
If the carpet is serviced and we are required to utilize
other solutions to remove your stains, there will be a
minimum additional $40.00 charge per house.

Our guarantee to you: We guarantee that you will pass
your inspection on the first go-round or we will discount
your services by 20% and the additional hours required
beyond the initial cleaning will not be charged to you.
We also guarantee that you will have representative with
you on inspection day to ensure a smooth inspection and
to service any areas the inspector feels needs more
attention.

You cannot schedule your own appointment for Inspection
Cleaning through our site, you must first call us to have a
quote provided.
If, after we have serviced your property, you or others
enter into the property we will not be responsible for the
condition in which the property will be left nor will we be
able to guarantee your results as we have no control over
those who enter after we have serviced your property.

Upon completion, each client is requested to return to the
property to ensure their acceptance/approval of our
service. We are not responsible for others entering or
changing the condition of your property after we return
your keys to you after your approval of services.
